WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

It takes 1-3 working days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, our usual delivery time is within 3-10 business days depending on the destination.

Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Additionally, if your city is located in remote area, it might take additional days to receive your order.

Please note that during promotional campaign periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

RETURN YOUR ORDER VIA UPS:

1 - Submit a request so we can provide you a return label
2 - Repack your products and stick the label to the outside of the package
3 – Send the package back to us

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. Your return will be processed within a few business days after it arrives in our warehouse.

The product(s) must be sent back within 30 days of receiving it. However, it is not an issue if it is received at our warehouse after this period. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to submit a request through the link below.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after it has been scanned at a UPS Sorting Facility, you will receive an e-mail from UPS containing your package’s tracking information.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided on UPS’ official website
